Welcome to Mak2oub. By accessing our website, applying, or participating in any Mak2oub session, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Overview of Services
Mak2oub provides a curated, live matchmaking experience for Muslim professionals. Sessions are conducted virtually in a moderated group setting and are designed to facilitate structured, real-time conversations.
Mak2oub does not guarantee matches, outcomes, or compatibility between participants.
2. Eligibility
By applying to Mak2oub, you confirm that:
● You are at least 18 years of age
● You are a Muslim individual seeking meaningful connection
● You are an educated professional
● All information provided in your application is accurate and truthful
Mak2oub reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.
3. Participation & Conduct
Participants agree to:
● Engage respectfully and professionally with others
● Keep their camera on during sessions (unless otherwise approved)
● Follow all Mak2oub Guidelines & Code of Conduct
Mak2oub maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:
● Harassment, inappropriate comments, or disrespectful behavior
● Disruptive or disengaged participation
● Violations of participant privacy
Mak2oub reserves the right to remove any participant at any time for violating these standards. Removal decisions are final.
4. Matching Process
After each session:
● Participants may indicate preferred introductions
● Mak2oub facilitates introductions only where interest is mutual
● No contact information is shared without consent
Mak2oub does not guarantee matches and is not responsible for the outcome of any introductions.
5. Fees & Payment
Participation in Mak2oub requires a session fee, which will be communicated upon acceptance.
All payments must be completed in advance to confirm participation.
Fees apply to the Mak2oub experience itself and are not contingent upon matching outcomes.
6. Refund Policy
● All session fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the session may be transferred to a future session, subject to availability. Cancellations within 72 hours may not be eligible for transfer.
● Refunds are not issued based on matching results
7. Technology & Platform Use
Mak2oub sessions are conducted via third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom).
● Participants are responsible for their own internet connection and device functionality
● Refunds are not issued for individual technical issues
In the event of platform-wide technical failure that prevents the session from proceeding:
● Participants may receive a reschedule or session credit, or
● A refund at Mak2oub’s discretion
8. Privacy & Confidentiality
Participants agree to:
● Respect the privacy of others
● Not record, screenshot, or distribute any part of the session
● Not share personal information obtained during sessions without consent
Mak2oub is not responsible for how participants use or share information outside the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
Mak2oub provides a facilitation service only.
We are not responsible for:
● The behavior of participants
● The success or outcome of introductions
● Any interactions that occur after introductions are made
By participating, you acknowledge that all interactions are voluntary and at your own discretion.
10. Changes to Services
Mak2oub reserves the right to:
● Modify session structure, timing, or format
● Update pricing
● Adjust policies as needed
Any updates will be communicated appropriately.
11. Termination of Access
Mak2oub reserves the right to:
● Deny participation
● Remove individuals from sessions
● Restrict future access
at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of guideline violations.
